STRENGTH TRAINING - EXERCISES TO LIFT, FIRM & PERK-UP SAGGING BREAST

Breast contains a large portion of fat and girls with heavy breast can understand this fact very well. However, some women like to have large breasts but many women are there who do not like to have large breasts and want to reduce them Naturally. "Breast Reduction" can be possible by proper Exercise, Yoga and Healthy Diet.


Breast fat can be as problematic and uncomfortable as other body fat. Breast fat comes with the number of discomforts including back pain, neck pain, and breathing problem.

So many factors you can find that are responsible for large breasts, some of them are listed below –

  1.              PUSH-UPS

In this list, Push-ups takes first place. This exercise works all of your chest muscles; you can start with regular Push-ups and then switch to advance like-decline push-ups and incline push-ups.


Push-ups can tighten and firm the chest muscles, which result to reduce the overall size of the breast.  Start with normal Push-up they are much easier then Incline push-ups and at advance level choose decline push-ups.




Decline push-ups work on your upper chest and front shoulders on the other hand Incline Push-ups works on the lower chest and back more.


Decline Push-up variation is more efficient and harder than Incline variation of Push-ups. You can use both to target different parts of your chest.


    2.     CHEST FLY


Chest fly is a great upper body workout that practice with the help of dumbbells. This exercise will also help you to strengthen your chest and arm muscles.


After ending up with Push-ups, Chest fly will be a great one for providing best result to firm your breast. It can be done on the floor as well as on a weight bench.


  • Simply, lie on back with knees bent and feet on the floor.


  • Hold the dumbbells straight up over the chest.


  • With a slight bend in the elbow, slowly open arms wide out to the side.

  • Squeeze your chest as you bring the weights back together at the top. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
