Most Healthy Dinner Recipes for Summer.|Summer season is almost there, it would be hardly 20-25 days are left and after that, we all have to suffer the bright sun-rays, heat, and sweat. Different parts of the world have different types of weather, even different states have different weather. 

This is the time of changing the season and with that, we will also change our daily routine. Summer season is active than of winter season, but people face many health problems in this season like dehydration, Sun-burn, Skin- sensitivities, Vitamins & minerals deficiencies, etc.

You may also suffer the digestion problem in this season, that's why people love to eat light and less oily food in summer. we can find so many green and healthy vegetables and full of watery fruits in the market which help us to stay healthy, cool and hydrated.  

You must choose and consume seasonable food and avoid fruits and veggies that not seasonable as they may harm your health because of chemicals and preservatives that are applied to them. 

Doctors and Nutritionists suggest having light and less oily food at dinner. Fast food, fried food, and spicy food are not good to consume in dinner, especially in the Summer season, they create the problem in digestion. Also, they suggest having dinner before 2 Hrs from retire to bed.


  • Lauki (Bottle gourd) with chappati (Flatbread) and some salad is best to have in dinner.
